Firstly you must understand we don’t skimp on quailty, ingredients or price as we use only pure beef which is closely monitored daily from our butcher as we don’ty accept any kind of additives or other meats mixed together with our daily batch. This also goes for our chicken meats as well.

Our Sausage Rolls are also made using only pure beef. There is no additives, binders or products mixed with our daily supply of sausage meats.

All our meats are cooked daily to keep up with daily demand and are made fresh daily.

Our pastry is made from both Vegetable Margarines, shortenings and pure unsalted butter which is why you get that smooth flacky puff pastry that melts in your mouth which also adds to the pie and sauasge roll flavour.

All Vegetables and ingredients used to make our 40 plus varities are purchsed fresh daily from our local supermarket, fruit market and other suppliers.

We take great pride in making our products and the chef doesn’t let the others skimp on quailty or amount of meat and ingredients within each Pie or Sausage Rolls. We over 300 pies and sausage rolls made each day it’s important to keep our chefs aware that quailty comes first and formost at all times.

Each Meat pie is finely tuned to get the most flavour from it’s varity so the meat does’t overpower the taste of the other ingredients add to it which forms part of what ever varity is being made at the time.
