We require 48 hours’ notice for orders placed online, if you require an order in less than 48 hours, please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you choosing our range available for that date.
Orders can also be placed in store or over the phone, online orders will be emailed with a confirmation order on purchase.
Please note* – No changes to orders/ messages on cakes can be made 24 hours prior to the pick up date.
NO MODIFICATIONS CAN BE MADE TO ANY OF OUR INDIVIDUAL OR LARGE CAKES. THEY ARE SOLD AS THEY ARE SEEN. All modifications will be considered custom work and thus a fee may apply for changes.
Special Orders
We require 1 week notice for some special orders this includes large cakes and novelty cakes and 24hrs for our standard cakes,
If you have any specific requirements for an order, please contact us to discuss details before ordering at sales@ohlalapatisserie.com.au or phone us on (02) 4656 4446. We will advise you if the request is possible or not with an immediate response.
Edible images; You are responsible for searching and sending us images to be used for edible image printing. Images must be a minimun of 500x500px and must be in either PNG or JPEG format. Images that need editing will incur a $10 fee to cover the labour cost of editing.
Food Allergy Disclosure
All products made on our premises may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any of our productions are 100% free of any of these ingredients.
If you require or have any dietary requirements email or please ask for assistance in store before purchasing or placing an order.
Customers are responsible to ask if they require any special dietary requiremnts before purchasing a cake (for example, does it contain alcohol or nuts). You will not be refunded if dietary requirment was not asked before making a purchase. We don’t advise ordering online if you have any douts.
Payments
Full payment is required when placing orders online, a confirmation receipt will be emailed once payment is accepted.
A deposit of 50% is required for all custom orders in store or over the phone, Payments can be done over the phone or in store.
Refunds/Cancellations/Credit
Please be aware we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations on orders, otherswise you will lose your 50% deposit of your total order. Posponed orders will not lose anything if made 48hrs prior to the product being made. Cancellations made 48hrs prior will receive a refund.
Complaints on products must be made within 24hrs after purchase and the product brought back into our store for us to determine the issue and cause before we can offer you any compensations.
If unsure about a product, please contact us prior to ordering and choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you change your mind.
We do not give refunds on cakes once picked up, an exchange or credit may be applicable if order is incorrect, conditions apply.
We do not take any responsibility for cakes/orders if damaged or stolen once they have left our store.
Reviews, Reward & Loyalty Points
Rewards & Loyalty points can only be earned using our online store on our website and can not be redeemed at our retail store or exchanged for cash online except through our website where they are redeemed as credit for online purchases.
Payment Options
Oh La La Patisserie offers a number of payment options and although some require full payment at the checkout stage others offer payments over periods of time thus making it cheaper for you to receive products sooner.
Payments over time as AfterPay offer, comes with conditions as you will be required to pay for your product in full by a preset amount of weeks or months. This is your responsibility to maintain constant payments on time. If you can’t or are unsure if you can make these payments over a period of time, then we advise you not to use these types of payment options.
Failure to make payments on time will result in receiving payment demands via email and/or including phone call reminders/demands and will also incur additional fees should they be directly or indirectly from us including but no limited to this will include any and all Dept Colloction Fees, Our or other Lawyer Fees associated with or against us as well as all court costs and any/all other cost involved in us recovering all that is owed to us.
By using and paying via any Period Mayment system Gateway like AfterPay you agree to the above details and accept all liability to insure we are paid on time.
NOTE: Any false or misleading personal details provided to us using our website and payment gateways can/will result in us being forced to notify the police and take legal action instantly without prior warning or notification.
We offer different payment gateways for your convenience only and as such we will not tolerate abuse and/or misleading details of any kind for any reason.
Reviews
We appreciate all reviews but if for some reason you need to leave a negative review we would also appreciate being contacted with the problem first to offer us the opportunity ot rectify the issue first as we take ever care possible to insure you receive a fresh product and that all orders are correct but this dosen’t mean that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
When you tick the check box in your cart you will receive an email with an option to leave a review for the product you last purchased once your order is completed. You will only receive 1 email as this is not spam or a newsletter but only to do with your last purchased order. Every oder will have it’s own email sent if agreed to by you from your cart.

The Oh La La Patisserie website uses SSL security throughout our website and also uses some third party payment gateways which are also secure meaning your personal details and credit card details are stored in a safe and secure server at all times.
