This awesome piece of work is our Choc Profiterole Towers made from choux paste filled with a delicious rich French custard topped with milk. Minimum size is 30 profiteroles and you can increase this to a maximum of 200 profiteroles per tower but we do advise not to pass over 100 profiteroles. In many cases including weddings having a 2 or 3 displayed nicely on a table can look far better than 1 massive one.
Another option which is widely used today for weddings with 200 plus guests is 1 big one with around 70 to 100 profiteroles and smaller ones displayed in the center of some or each guests tables.
